We are a young couple who have never bought a house before and really had no idea what we were getting into or how to go about ANY of it, and she made the process so simple. Not only is buying a house generally complicated, but we ended up buying a forclosed home and she still made the whole thing as easy as possible on our part. She was available essentially any time we needed her, including when utilities people would need to come out with no heads up. She showed us houses in our price range, which I'm sure was difficult because our budget was definitely on the lower end.
