Sally is a recent Albuquerque resident, having moved from the United Kingdom in January 2017. However Sally is no stranger to New Mexico, as she has been visiting family here since 1990.
Sally’s passion is horseback riding and she has had the opportunity to ride trails in the Sandia’s, Tijeras, Cuba, Chama, Corrales and the Bosque.
Sally’s professional career has included both business and leisure travel and prior to leaving the United Kingdom she managed an urgent response team.
Sally’s first hand experience working with people as an occupational therapist and more recently as a manager of a multidisciplinary health and social care team, has enabled her to bring a wide range of skills to Venturi Realty Group.
Ultimately Sally’s goal is to ensure that every client has the necessary resources and support to achieve a successful and enjoyable experience whether buying or selling their home.

Being from out of the area, we weren't sure what to expect entirely from the market in Albuquerque. John helped us a lot with his knowledge of the area that played a huge role in where we bought our house at a price that we're happy with. He was always very responsive with phone calls, had clear information or directions on where to get it and really helped through every process. He is an excellent listener and kept us “on track” through the entire process. He is very responsive but never pushy. He helped us sell an investment property and then helped us purchase our future retirement home. He gives excellent advice, using his experience to guide you through the process - keeping in mind the needs of his client but also maintaining consideration for the person on the “other side” of the transaction. Hearing the nightmare of bidding wars and rising interest rates made me feel uneasy about the entire process. What I can say today is that I am officially a homeowner and that is thanks to my realtor Kyler Padilla. He not only helped me find a home, but he made the entire process easy and stress free. She is professional and competent, as well as friendly and perceptive. She offered good practical advice about repairs we needed to do and how much we should ask for the house. Because we don't live in Albuquerque and were only there for a couple of weeks to work on the house, she arranged for repairs and made sure that they were done properly. She communicated clearly and as frequently as needed, and worked effectively to get the house on the market, review the bids, and help us through the processes leading to the sale of the house. By the luck of the draw, we were connected with Shana when we submitted a request online to schedule a viewing of a house we found while researching homes in the area.
Not sure how we got so lucky but Shana was nothing less than fantastic! She spoke with us and kept in touch before we traveled down and while we were in town she took time out of her Memorial Day weekend to arrange showings for over a dozen homes.
Very quickly she got to know our tastes and preferences and was able to provide extremely valuable insight on the area and NM in general. The net result was we found our dream home on day 2, had an offer in on day 4, and an accepted offer by day 5!
After that, Shana and her team stayed very involved. Since we were back in WI, they arranged for and participated on all the inspections and walk-throughs. They connected us with all the local utilities so we could get set up. And, they took care of everything else, which alleviated so much stress off us. Especially since we were working on packing up our home in WI!
All in all, I'm not sure how we would've done it without her. I'm not sure what I expected when we started our search for a home out of state but Shana was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent and I'm extremely grateful we connected with her. We highly recommend her! read less

I am active duty military & was planning on exiting the military to pursue a job up in Albuquerque starting around February of 2022. If you know the military you know the logistical nightmare it can be to get anything done. So the venture did not work out like it was supposed to. During this process Tyler was extremely helpful, even going as far as doing virtual tours with us given our distance from the city. He never pressured us into a deal, or made us feel obligated in any step of the process. He was always cheerful and optimistic which really helps if you’re dealing with extenuating circumstances. She was knowledgeable and honest with me through the whole process, advising me on whether she thought a home was overpriced or if I would need to offer over the asking price. She was really responsive, too. This is how I ended up with the home I bought: after 5 months of searching, I saw one in her daily email that seemed perfect- it was listed that very day! I text Shana at 2 pm and she set an appointment for that afternoon at 6. She told me there was already an offer in. We viewed the house and it was as perfect as it seemed online. She advised me on what I could do to have the best shot at getting the home. I put in my offer and two days later, she called me with the news that my offer was accepted! When the appraisal came in over my offer, she was able to negotiate a fair price that we all agreed on. I just moved in and I am beyond happy! read less

Coming in from out of state and knowing my time was limited she was on the ball, having multiple listings waiting for me on the first day to the last. Her partner Tyler was a great help as well, as they both work so well together.
After I left to go back to Oregon, they were always there for me, answering all of my questions, final walk through via skype or contacting people in New Mexico on our behalf. I recommend Shana and Tyler as a realtor because they are wonderful! read less

If we could give him more than 5 stars, we would. Our family was moving from San Antonio, Texas to Rio Rancho, New Mexico. After 2+ months of looking at homes online we were very frustrated.
We finally found a house we were interested in and we got connected with Chase. Traveling 11-12 hours to view homes wasn't an option, especially during a global pandemic.
So, Chase would go to homes we were interested in and do a walk through video (skype) with me. It was so helpful in determining how much we liked a home.
Finally, we found our house...or we hoped it would be. Chase was excellent at communicating with us especially with time difference. He made sure we got all our documents we needed and help in communicating with the sellers and their realtor.
He gave us options for local mortgage companies to help with the sale and for closing on time.
Chase is our guy and we were so happy, thankful, and grateful for his support and efforts in making sure we got the home we wanted. read less

We PCSed here with the Airforce to Kirtland AFB from Oregon and she made it so easy! After my husband’s training, we took 2 days to house shop, while our kids were with my parents in WA and so the viewings had to be fast and furious! She showed us about 15 houses in 2 days, which is extraordinary and she was so patient with our finicky, selective tastes. When we found our current home, she really helped us celebrate the victory and sent us to Marble Brewing, which we loved! She also went above and beyond working with the seller, who was a little difficult, and when they took their picnic table with them even though we had requested it, she ordered us a new one and said she couldn’t see our little family of 4 living without it! She gave us even more little sweet gifts as a welcome home, which are definitely cherished, but it is really the relationship with her and how warm, wonderful, patient and accommodating that she was, which will not be forgotten. We came to New Mexico to visit our kids and decided to look for a house there. After looking online we found a house we liked and contacted Jody. She was so easy to talk to and she answered all of our questions and showed us even more houses in the area we were interested in. If she didn't know an answer to our questions, she found out the answer and gave it to us within the hour or usually less. Neither my husband nor I had purchased a house since the 1980's so house buying in 2020 was almost foreign to us. Jody made it so easy.

After our first experience buying a home (when we had worked with a different real estate agent from another agency), we had been a little leery of real estate agents, but we had a positive recommendation for Camron House, so we reached out to her. It was a great decision. Camron promptly arranged for viewings of the homes we had on our list and got us into all of them in short order. She worked around our schedules, taking evening and weekend time to make sure we saw every home on our list. She did not try to pressure us into anything and was honest and upfront about what she saw in the homes we viewed. Camron promptly responded to us whenever we had questions--and we had many questions--and her knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism made the process as painless as it possibly could be. When we settled on the home we wanted to buy, she proposed an offer amount that we agreed with, and the seller accepted the offer without any modifications. We closed at the end of January and are now living in our dream home. Meanwhile, Camron has been working just as hard on the selling end as we've put our old house on the market. My wife and I are grateful to Camron and her team for making this experience a fun, positive and successful one.
UPDATE: We put our old house on the market a few weeks after closing on the new house. Camron had lots of fantastic ideas to get the word out about our new house. After we moved all of our stuff out, her team took professional photos of the house and she had them posted on Zillow and other websites when the house went on the market. Thanks to her efforts, our house generated immediate interest and had numerous tours as soon as the house went up for sale. We had a "sale pending" sign in our front yard after three days! We closed on the house a few weeks ago and could not be happier with the sale. Camron is a master at what she does, and she has an excellent and professional support staff and team working with her at Venturi. My wife and I would use Camron as our agent again in a heartbeat. read less

He continued to send us listings of homes that might meet our criteria and was so patient when we passed on homes that didn't seem quite right for us. He was also able to help us through the details of a VA loan. With his help, we were finally able to find and close on a home that met all of our needs! The home already had other offers but Chase gave us tips that made our offer competitive without going over our budget. Our transaction took on many twists and turns (as I'm sure many do), and Gabe helped us walk through it all. Who knew that to be a realtor, you needed to also be a counselor? He often provided the encouragement and level-headed thinking we lacked. Knowing our goal, which was to sell and move out of state, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help us do just that. He joyfully did way too many open houses, and planted about a dozen flags each time, to help us sell. His cheerful optimism was a constant encouragement to us, and we trusted him implicitly as he counseled us throughout our transaction. His wife Melissa Salazar Photography was equally great and helpful. Her pictures of our house were amazing (a keepsake for us to remember our home at it's prettiest), and she often stepped in to help with open houses when needed.
