About Melissa
Melissa is proudly born and raised in New Mexico. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a major in communications and a minor in Spanish. She was previously in the multi-family property management industry prior to coming to residential real estate, which gives her an added edge in real estate.
When she is not serving her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching baseball (especially the Colorado Rockies), camping and meeting new people. Melissa is also an active member of the alumni association for Kappa Kappa Gamma.

She is professional and competent, as well as friendly and perceptive. She offered good practical advice about repairs we needed to do and how much we should ask for the house. Because we don't live in Albuquerque and were only there for a couple of weeks to work on the house, she arranged for repairs and made sure that they were done properly. She communicated clearly and as frequently as needed, and worked effectively to get the house on the market, review the bids, and help us through the processes leading to the sale of the house. We put the house on the market on a Thursday and had a buyer by Monday. We enjoyed working with her and recommend her highly. read less

We did not know Melissa previously, had no family connections as is often the case with real estate agents in the area. In the first few days Melissa set us up with guest MLS search results for the exact specifications we asked for in a home (number of bedrooms, budget, area code, etc.). When we fell in love with a list, we sent the list to her, and she scheduled the viewings right away. We went through an extensive selection of homes, and were able to find a beautiful home, go through the mortgage process with Melissa's guidance and expertise, and put in an offer in five days. Melissa was very knowledgeable about the area, aspects of older and newer construction, things to look out for, and considerations when it came to choosing our lender.
