About Jay
Originally from New England, Jay has called New Mexico home for 17 years. After living in northern New Mexico for over a decade, he settled in the Sandia Knolls neighborhood of the East Mountains in 2021. His love for the region is reflected in his deep appreciation for the state’s diverse landscapes, and he takes every opportunity to explore them—whether hiking, biking, skiing, camping, or rafting.
Jay’s journey to real estate is rooted in a lifelong passion for architecture, design, and the art of creating spaces that feel like home. With a background in art history—specializing in architectural history—and undergraduate studies in architectural design, Jay has spent years shaping and reimagining living environments. His career began in Southern California, where he worked as a design/build contractor and interior designer, transforming homes with a keen eye for detail and functionality. Even now, he enjoys the challenge of home renovation, referring to his most ambitious project as “the ten-year flip.”
Before stepping into real estate, Jay spent 13 years producing large-scale, globally attended live yoga events. This experience honed his ability to coordinate complex projects, connect with people from all walks of life, and create meaningful experiences—skills that now translate seamlessly into helping clients find their ideal homes and investment properties.
Jay brings a unique blend of design expertise, professionalism, and a detail-oriented approach to his real estate practice. His ability to see the potential in a property, combined with a commitment to exceptional client service, makes him a trusted guide in helping buyers and investors discover their perfect space.
