Shana Garcia has a great attitude and warm personality. But here is the thing I consider most noteworthy: We had been urged to use a real estate agent who exclusively represented buyers, because they would have our interests more at heart. We did use one for a little while, but she had to quit. We then went to Shana and we were prepared for a difference, for example maybe more pressure, given that she was not exclusively a Buyer’s Agent. Well, it wasn’t like that!

“There was literally zero difference in Shana’s behavior as compared to that of the Buyer’s Agent.”

Shana was interested only in our finding the house WE wanted. If we were looking again, we’d go right back to her.
