I was a first-time homebuyer and Chelsea was terrific. I had more stupid and annoying questions than I'm proud to admit, and she either answered them all (with celerity) or, for questions the trickier financial implications, always referred me to someone quickly. She dug up a lot of potential homes for me, and when I found one I liked she helped me lock it down at a nice price. The aspect that I perhaps appreciated most was that even though I was looking for a modest home, I never got the sense that she had too many other things going on to help me.
"I felt as though she was treating me with the same professionalism and respect as she would if I had been looking for a much, much pricier home."
She has continued to be helpful long after my formal business with her concluded. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a place to live. If you are a first-timer with any anxiety or trepidation about buying a home, you can't do better.
