It is important that you read and accept these Terms prior to accessing, downloading or otherwise using an Application and the related software, data or technology used, stored, licensed or accessed with an Application and the related intellectual property embodied therein. Your use of an Application indicates that you accept these Terms. General. ABQ Listings Mobile App Platform is owned and/or operated by Venturi Realty Group, Inc. at Keller Williams Realty and is intended for personal use. Any commercial use of the Services is limited to transactions done on your behalf, or by Venturi Realty Group, Inc. or Keller Williams Realty Brokers or Agents or other third parties that have separately licensed use of the Services from Smarter Agent under a written license agreement. Real Estate Data. You agree that (1) access to an Application is subject to all Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), National Association of REALTORS (“NAR”), and State and Federal regulations governing real estate transactions; (2) you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being accessed through an Application; (3) you will not copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the data or information provided by Venturi Realty Group, Inc. or Keller Williams Realty; and (4) you acknowledge the MLS’s ownership of and the validity of the copyright in the MLS database. Disclaimer. Information available through an Application is deemed to be reliable but not guaranteed. All real estate listings are marked with the logo of the MLS providing the listing and detailed information about each listing includes the listing broker/agent name as required by the local MLS. The listing broker has attempted to offer accurate data, but buyers are advised to confirm all items. Some properties which appear for sale within an Application may no longer be available because they are under contract, have sold or are no longer being offered for sale. The listings of some real estate firms do not appear within an Application. Some properties listed with firms contributing listings to an Application do not appear at the request of the seller. Scheduling an Appointment; Getting More Information. On behalf of Venturi Realty Group, Inc. or Keller Williams Realty records each “For Sale Property” viewed by you using an Application. Whenever you request to schedule an appointment to view a property, you are providing your express permission to share the related For Sale Property with Venturi Realty Group, Inc. or Keller Williams Realty real estate brokers/agents even if your call is not completed. Specific questions about a property viewed within applications can only be answered by a licensed Venturi Realty Group, Inc. or Keller Williams Realty real estate agent.Use of GPS and Location information: ABQ Listings collects location information that is made available to us solely by virtue of our relationship with you, and this information may be considered Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). To the extent this information is considered CPNI, we acknowledge that you have a right, and we have a duty, under the federal and state law, to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI. By using this service, you expressly accept and consent to Venturi Realty Group, Inc. at Keller Williams Realty accessing, collecting, using and maintaining your location data to provide the services available with ABQ Listings’s Mobile App Platform and consent to the disclosure and display of your location data to you and third parties to provide the services. You may keep your location information private by withdrawing your consent by deleting this application and to cancel any subscriptions to ABQ Listings’s Mobile App Platform from their website at https://welcomehomeabq.com. Venturi Realty Group, Inc. at Keller Williams Realty may revise these Terms at any time, with or without notice to you.
