Shana was great right from the start contacting me promptly to confirm her understanding of my particular situation. I did have some questions & concerns about the sale my home. Shana was great in this respect being very patient to answer those questions & taking enough time with me to give me the reassurance I needed.

If a problem arose she not only had a positive outlook but also some sort of “Plan B” option to get through whatever hurdle we may have encountered.
