Chelsea is an excellent and experienced realtor. Everything was completed in a very professional and satisfying manner. All of our expectations were met: 1) Timing- the time to start and complete this property sell was very important to us. No complaints whatsoever on timing. 2) Efficiency- we've been very happy with the efficiency of this whole process. We wanted to aggressively market the home and we definitely got what we asked for. The customer feedback was wonderful. We were able to minimize repeating complaints. The process of completing required contracts/documents was very streamlined, and we appreciated the urgency to overcome each obstacle. 3) Contracts/Agreements- We were never tricked or coerced into agreeing with something that turned out to not be in our favor. We have zero complaints with what we've agreed to and what she and the Venturi Team did for us. 4) Saving Money/Pricing- No complaints with our seller contract agreements. We feel like we were able to save in every avenue possible at closing. Also, the time to complete the sell process saved us considerably on temporary living arrangements. Nothing could have worked out better. 5) Exceeding Expectations- We definitely had other realtors to choose from, and we have no regrets in choosing to work with Chelsea and the Venturi Team.
