We are moving from Ohio to Albuquerque. Initially, we began looking at properties available through Zillow. We noticed the Venturi Team's website, and contacted them about a house hunting trip to Albuquerque. We were immediately recontacted by Jane Elizabeth of their office, who asked for us to list the properties which interested us, and made arrangements to meet us at the office. When we arrived, she had made up a series of maps of Albuquerque, annotating the locations of our picks, with descriptions and directions attached for each property. She suggested we take the first day to familiarize ourselves with the neighborhoods, and see if we could refine our selections a bit, before taking us out the next day to visit the properties. On the first day, we were able to reduce our selections from 20 houses to 12, and to pick the areas which most interested us: Rio Rancho, Northeast, and Four Hills. The next day, Jane drove us around to virtually all of the properties. She was very friendly, very informative, and very professional. I was particularly impressed with her very honest character. That evening, we made our first three choices in order, and transmitted those choices to Jane, with our bidding strategy for each. Our first bid on our first choice was accepted by the seller. When we returned to Ohio, Jane had a home inspection set up for us. There were a few issues which required further negotiation, and with which Jane assisted us. Suffice to say, we and the seller reached amicable agreement.

Jane also assisted us in finding financing, and took good care of us through the closing, and beyond. I have no compunction whatsoever in recommending the Venturi team, and Jane Elizabeth. I feel fortunate to have "discovered" them.
