2010 - In the last 5 years I have used the Venturi's twice. I have personally recommended them to others in Albuquerque. They are a strong team with good communication. They are ethical and knowledgeable. They go beyond the expected norm to deliver what is needed to sell a property in this day and age. Their expertise shown on line where most people start looking and this is very helpful. As far as when I was the buyer, there was no pressure only support. When I was selling, they were totally committed to the process. It is important to me to fully trust the Real Estate Agent I am using for such a big decision. Other realators like working with he and his wife so they have lots of attraction with the houses they choose to market. This economy is different that what we are used to and requires special expertise in the competing markets. If you want to work with a team that is ethical and legitimate - this is the one. I reccomend them to anyone that is selling or buying. I was fortunate to run into them in 2006. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
