About Josiah

Born and raised in Algodones, New Mexico to a family full of Realtors, the Real Estate business is practically in Josiah’s DNA. Not only is his mother a successful New Mexico REALTOR®, but he has several uncles and family members in the business as well. His family jokes that he was practically born into the real estate industry.

With a passion for analytics and real estate in general, Josiah is constantly reading new material and staying on top of the trends and changes in the market. His ability and desire to learn new things fuels Josiah’s passion for the business and his eagerness to make sure he leaves all of his clients happy.
