Before joining Venturi, Sally worked as an occupational therapist and later managed multidisciplinary health and social care teams in the United Kingdom, including an urgent response team. Those roles taught her how to bring people together, establish clear priorities, and remain composed when circumstances change quickly.
Today, Sally applies those same strengths to real estate operations. She supports the team, coordinates daily needs, and helps make sure clients and agents have the information and resources required at the right time.
