My review of Tracy Venturi starts well before my wife and I moved to New Mexico. We had decided on relocating to the Albuquerque area, so after considerable research, I contacted Tracy. Tracy provided extensive information about the area and the homes we were interested in. She was aware of the fact that living 1200 miles from here, it was not practical for us to hop across the country on any kind of regular basis to see homes. To compensate for that, Tracy went out of her way to thoroughly inspect homes, so she could provide details. Additionally, she sent a multitude of detailed photos to help us better evaluate homes from our remote location. After having decided on a builder, Tracy assisted with the buying process and negotiated various aspects of the final contract terms to our advantage. We would highly recommend Tracy to anyone needing assistance with a real estate transaction. She is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, and she works diligently toward achieving customers’ goals.
