Shana was not my agent, but I asked her to represent me as the buyer, as I did not have a realtor. She was representing the seller. She was very attentive to me and explained everything without my feeling like she was rushed or did not have time for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Shana in either capacity, seller or buyer.
