Highly likely to recommend – Terry Conway via Zillow.com
When my wife and I made the decision to purchase our first home, I knew that selecting the right realtor would be our first and most important decision besides the home itself, so I decided to interview at least three realtors and choose the one I thought would be best for us. Jenny, who was referred to me by my daughter, was my first, and as it turned out, only interview. During the interview, I noted that Jenny had all the qualifications and qualities we were looking for in a realtor. She was an experienced agent who already had many home sales under her belt across the entire market and in an expansive range of home prices. She is a lifelong resident of Albuquerque who has an intimate knowledge of the market like only a lifelong native can possess. Being a business man myself, I was also impressed by Jenny’s level of professionalism. Her knowledge of the market, and her confidence and demeanor, convinced me no more interviews were needed because I had already found the realtor we were looking for. Picky buyers are challenging enough, but our situation was more challenging because we wanted to buy a home with a room large enough for my 9’ pool table but didn’t want to pay big-home prices. It took over two months to find the right home, and throughout that time we looked at many homes on very short notice because there weren’t many homes that matched our size and price requirements. Throughout this process, Jenny was patient, understanding and always available on short notice. We never felt rushed or pressured and we always felt that she had our best interests in mind as we talked through the pros and cons of each home. When we did find our home and placed it under contract, Jenny and her team worked tirelessly to navigate us through the process as quickly and easily as possible. Emails and phone calls as early as 6:30am and as late as 10:30pm, including weekends, showed us how hard Jenny, Maggie and the rest of her hard-working closing team were working to close the deal for us. Buying a home is a complicated and lengthy process but Jenny made it much less difficult. Her help and expertise were invaluable. Thank you Jenny for helping us find our new home!!!
