My husband and I were purchasing a home in Albuquerque NM and Jane Elizabeth was recommended to us by our previous realtor in California. We had a wonderful experience with her and would highly recommend her as an agent! Her knowledge of the Albuquerque area and willingness to show us homes in ANY  area we were interested in no matter how far away was awesome! She quickly narrowed down our wants and needs list and within a two week period we had found a home! Once our bid was accepted, Jane gave us great advice with regards to the inspections she felt were ‘must have’s’ and those that were ‘good insurance’ and it sure was worth every penny for the ones we asked for, as a major issue was discovered that we ultimately asked the seller to fix before the closing and they did! Jane was responsive by text, email and phone to any questions or concerns we had and promptly responded. She also took care of some of the tasks we had on our list while we were out of state and kept us informed as these tasks were completed. She worked closely with the other agent, but we always knew she had our best interests in mind no matter what issue we were dealing with. Had it not been for her calm demeanor and knowledge of the market, we would not have been as confident that things were going to close on time! We were NOT disappointed with Jane and the service we received all along the way! Another added bonus, the staff at Venturi Realty was always available to coordinate inspections and give us status as well. We would highly recommend Jane Elizabeth to anyone looking to purchase a home and will use her again if we purchase another home down the road!
