Andrew Medina was by far the most welcoming, personable and fun guy to work with! Extremely professional, prompt and detail oriented. He took the time to explain every step of the journey. He was able to take into consideration not only the financial aspects of his clients offering all available choices for funding whether it be first time buyers, veterans, etc., also the needs and desires of what type of home we were interested in showing us all available options on the market as well as brand new listings that were not visible to us on the internet or via advertising! He doesn’t take a break! This guy is there for you weekends, holidays, evenings, he made sure everything was done in a timely manner and had the closing date in less than 28 days.
