Shana was by buyers agent for the purchase of my home. I was very impressed with her knowledge and negotiating skills and patience with me when I would get frustrated. I truly think I got the lowest price possible on the house. She was also very accommodating to my time and since I was doing a rehab loan she met my contractors and I at the house multiple times while in escrow. She really went the extra mile for me.
