First off I am active duty and I knew going into the home buying g process with my time constrains was going to be both challenging and very likely stressful. Long story short, none of that was the case. I had 30 days almost exactly to find, buy and move into a house and these fine folks helped that happen. I had the great pleasure of working with chase countryman as a realtor, and even though I changed last minute I also started a loan with tina keilar. Both were incredibly helpful, pleasant and patient with my bumps along the way. They were extremely effective at finding what I needed and wanted and never left me in the dark, more importantly I was able to get the home I wanted in the small window of time I had. Both communicated every day with me and responded to every question or request I had. Overall buying a house was even easier and more pleasant than when I got a vehicle, took less time for the paperwork and the experience was great. I never felt pressured to do anything I didnt want to and when I threw a curvball their way the went with it even if it didnt benefit them as much as it could have.
