Tyler is a native of Arizona and a Communications Graduate from Texas Wesleyan University, who has chosen to make New Mexico his home. Tyler played baseball throughout college and went on to play for the University of New Mexico for 2 years.
Tyler brings great experience and excellent customer service to his clients, having worked for the last 5 years in sales, recruiting for a staffing company.

He was amazing, but at the time we decided to continue renting. Well, here we are 2022 and ready to buy a house for real. Tyler made such an impact in 2019 that we reached out to him again in 2022. Our situation was a little unique, but I truly believe that without him on our side, we would never have gotten our home. Tyler cares and will fight for you. You know he is on your side. I am active duty military & was planning on exiting the military to pursue a job up in Albuquerque starting around February of 2022. If you know the military you know the logistical nightmare it can be to get anything done. So the venture did not work out like it was supposed to. During this process Tyler was extremely helpful, even going as far as doing virtual tours with us given our distance from the city. He never pressured us into a deal, or made us feel obligated in any step of the process. He was always cheerful and optimistic which really helps if you’re dealing with extenuating circumstances. If you’re looking for someone who really loves his job and isn’t just in it for the monetary aspect, look no further. You won’t find a more knowledgeable realtor in the Albuquerque area. read less

It took me a while to zero in on the type of house that I wanted and Tyler was very patient with me along the entire process.
He is very easy to communicate with and is always quick to respond. We decided then it wouldn’t be the time to buy. However, when we started looking in 2022, we decided to work with Tyler again. His company kept in touch with us for the full year and they were very understanding of our situation. We gave him our timeline and he gave us the rundown of the Albuquerque Housing market. He was knowledgeable of the processes and how to bid. We was extremely responsive which really impressed us. He worked with our budget and understood our financial situation well. At showings, he watched for and pointed out different things that would have cost me a lot to fix. He also gave rough estimates of various projects I asked about and offered to put me in contact with appropriate contractors. When the seller of the house I decided on wanted an early closing date, he was able to promptly schedule inspections with no stress on my part. He also spent the time to go over the inspection report in detail with me, and offered to do so with every other step of the buying process. He really cared about our needs and what we were looking for in a house. He communicates very well, and works day and night to make sure you get into a house that you’re going to LOVE. I am here to say that my fiancé and I are in a house that we can’t wait to make a home. Even after closing he is still in contact with us and making sure our house is perfect.
