Shana was not my agent, but I asked her to represent me as the buyer, as I did not have a realtor. She was representing the seller. Shana is fantastic! She helped me look for the perfect home for 5 months. She was knowledgeable and honest with me through the whole process, advising me on whether she thought a home was overpriced or if I would need to offer over the asking price. She was really responsive, too. This is how I ended up with the home I bought: after 5 months of searching, I saw one in her daily email that seemed perfect- it was listed that very day! I text Shana at 2 pm and she set an appointment for that afternoon at 6. She told me there was already an offer in. We viewed the house and it was as perfect as it seemed online. She advised me on what I could do to have the best shot at getting the home. I put in my offer and two days later, she called me with the news that my offer was accepted! When the appraisal came in over my offer, she was able to negotiate a fair price that we all agreed on. I just moved in and I am beyond happy!
