Finally! More Homes are Coming on the Albuquerque Market

There have been more homes coming on the market. That’s kind of been the, the conversation that we’ve been having with other realtors on our team is that, you know, is very common. This type of year, that we get more homes on the market is

This type of year, or is this time

Of year? This did I say type of year? Oh my gosh. It, it, I’m just teasing you. Yeah, no, that’s good. I appreciate that. Um, you gotta keep me, keep me straight. So the, the, the thing that’s interesting, I I’m hearing people say things like, oh my gosh, here comes the flood of homes. Here comes all the homes on the market. And then I look at the data and I go, well, this is pretty normal. This is generally what happens this time of year. And we’re, we we’ve been, I think most people know that’s been paying attention to, to news and real estate at all is we’ve had this deficit of the number of homes available on the market compared to historically. And so, um, the thing that’s interesting though, homes are still coming on, the market homes are still selling. They’re just selling very, very fair,
Tracy:
Fast. So when you say that, you know, from a consumer’s viewpoint Tego, we haven’t had a glut of homes come on the market. We have still a need for more homes on the market. We still are way behind on the number of properties that are on the market that home buyers can choose from. So yes, a few more are coming on the market, but it’s seasonal. It’s that time of year, but it’s still not as many as we need, or historically, as many as we have had, right.
