Daniel was there for us every step of the way, from finding the house in the first place to a successful purchase. March 2019: We as many people talked about selling and buying a new home. We needed to do this due to “empty nest” syndrome and also elderly parents. One evening I clicked on a home I liked, and next thing I know we are going to view this home. Chase Countryman was the Realtor that showed this property and was more than prepared with information on the home and neighborhood. As it turns out, my husband and I were not emotionally or mentally ready to go through the process of buying a new home and selling our current home.
Chase was very understanding of our needs and did not pressure us to keep looking, but instead offered his services when we were ready.

But here is the thing I consider most noteworthy:
We had been urged to use a real estate agent who exclusively represented buyers, because they would have our interests more at heart. We did use one for a little while, but she had to quit. We then went to Shana and we were prepared for a difference, for example maybe more pressure, given that she was not exclusively a Buyer's Agent.
Well, it wasn't like that! There was literally zero difference in Shana's behavior as compared to that of the Buyer's Agent. Shana was interested only in our finding the house WE wanted.
If we were looking again, we'd go right back to her.

My husband and I relocated from out of state knowing very little about New Mexico. She was very knowledgeable of the area, and the New Mexico real estate market. During the first week of searching, I didn't have a car and she picked me up from the hotel.
We had a difficult escrow due to the seller being out of country during the process, answers and assurances were hard to obtain from the seller. Recently I purchased a home with the assistance of Camron House. My son and first met Camron in July 2018 and the three of us looked at approximately half a dozen homes while my son and I were visiting Albuquerque from the Midwest. Occasionally, you find professionals who are so on top of their game and good at what they do that you can actually relax and know that you're in good hands. We felt that way with Shana. At every step of the process, she suggested and negotiated things that helped us with our goals. We felt she was really looking out for our interests, not just trying to make the sale end quickly. We got a great price on the house and ample assistance with closing costs and repairs from the seller. In lots of small ways, she had our backs and was able to make things go smoothly when they could have fallen apart. When my wife and I made the decision to purchase our first home, I knew that selecting the right realtor would be our first and most important decision besides the home itself, so I decided to interview at least three realtors and choose the one I thought would be best for us. Jenny, who was referred to me by my daughter, was my first, and as it turned out, only interview. During the interview, I noted that Jenny had all the qualifications and qualities we were looking for in a realtor. She was an experienced agent who already had many home sales under her belt across the entire market and in an expansive range of home prices. She is a lifelong resident of Albuquerque who has an intimate knowledge of the market like only a lifelong native can possess. Being a business man myself, I was also impressed by Jenny’s level of professionalism. Her knowledge of the market, and her confidence and demeanor, convinced me no more interviews were needed because I had already found the realtor we were looking for. Picky buyers are challenging enough, but our situation was more challenging because we wanted to buy a home with a room large enough for my 9’ pool table but didn’t want to pay big-home prices. It took over two months to find the right home, and throughout that time we looked at many homes on very short notice because there weren’t many homes that matched our size and price requirements. Throughout this process, Jenny was patient, understanding and always available on short notice. We never felt rushed or pressured and we always felt that she had our best interests in mind as we talked through the pros and cons of each home. When we did find our home and placed it under contract, Jenny and her team worked tirelessly to navigate us through the process as quickly and easily as possible. Emails and phone calls as early as 6:30am and as late as 10:30pm, including weekends, showed us how hard Jenny, Maggie and the rest of her hard-working closing team were working to close the deal for us. Jane is a real pleasure to work with, her associate Jamie really stays on top of the details. What a great team. Jane spent the entire afternoon with us brain storming how to buy the home of our dreams that already had an offer submitted but wasn't accepted yet. Should I mention the home was a foreclosure? Decided to give the Venturi team a try as my buyer's real estate agent after seeing their website from out of state.
When looking for homes, it was a pleasure to work with Jane who provided the right amount of guidance and allowed me to look at my own pace. She even put together a list of properties that met what I was looking for, and planned out a route to see all those properties.
I actually ended up making an offer on a property listed by Tego. While normally I'd be hesitant about having the buyer and seller using the same realtor, they handled things very professionally. At some times, I thought Jane tried too hard to make sure there was no conflict of interest!
They're also adept with technology, even signing the offer electronically online from out of state. The information they provide online made it possible for me as a buyer to narrow the field and be efficient with my time.
